Connected Car is driving one of the largest waves of innovation in the automotive industry in decades, with Jaguar Land Rover right at the forefront. Blending mobile and web apps with IoT, edge computing and Artificial Intelligence, Connected Car presents unique technology challenges due to ever-changing connectivity conditions, limited bandwidth and power consumption constraints. These are challenges we can meet, only by using the latest generation of technologies; allowing our developers to experiment and build faster for our customers. In this talk, I'll discuss the technology stack we use to deliver new services to our customers, connecting the car to services, and the role MongoDB plays for us to deliver more, faster.
